El Pretexto is Puerto Rico's first culinary farm lodge, whilst PRoduce a local marketplace connecting food producers and consumers. They’re the project of Crystal Díaz, an entrepreneur, food policy analyst and strategic marketing and communications executive with 20 years of experience.
